Rubbish print? No tension….

Printer is one of the output devices of a computer. Printer is used to print in paper of the processing result of computer’s central processing unit (CPU).It is called hard copy if the information is printed by the printer.

Most of the computer user used two kinds of printer at home .One is Ink Jet printer another is Laser printer. Some times the both printer makes trouble.

Cause:

The lack of ink which is not enough for a quality print.

May be the resolution is decreased in printing settings.

May be the proper settings is not defined in Graphics option.

Accurate paper option is not selected.

May be the printer head is defected.

Solution:

Change the toner or cartridge if it has lack of ink.

Increase the resolution from the print settings.

Select proper graphics option. Notice that various printer has various

settings. Carefully select this.

Select the accurate paper quality from the properties > paper/quality tab.

If the printer head is defected it should change.
